Having Integrity Gives You Power

Coach Seth and Mia are joined by Producer and Research Specialist Brandon to discuss the next part of a 6 lesson series on conflict. Why are people mean on purpose? The answer: justification. This is where most people struggle with conflict because they match energy. If someone is nice to us, we will be nice back. If someone is mean to us, we will be mean back. People who are mean on purpose are often trying to bait you. They have no power or control over you, unless you give it to them. If you don’t give them the power to be mean, they move on. In order to restore your power and live a Five Star life, you have to live by integrity. Coach Seth encourages listeners to have the strength not to take the bait and walk away.
